Dwain Lackey started in this trade at fifteen years old, riding routes and pulling lids next to his dad. He learned the work the way you learn a trade in Texas — by doing it, in heat, every week, for years.
Today he holds a Texas master plumber license, a state septic installer license, and a septic maintenance license. That combination is uncommon — most septic-only shops can't legally tie into the plumbing inside your house, and most plumbers don't hold the septic side. Dwain does both, which means the system that leaves your house and the tank that receives it can both be handled under one license, by one crew, on one job.

- Texas Septic Installer License #O50027917 — required to legally install new septic systems and to design them for county approval.
- Texas Master Plumber License #M18077 — required for plumbing work tying the inside of your house to the outside septic system.
